I ordered beef fat from PCR to make tallow, we’re in Florida and due to a shipping delay the fat arrived thawed. I reached out to PCR, Jared was quick to respond and ship out a new batch. This time the item arrived perfectly frozen.
I have since rendered 1/2 the amount and the quality of this tallow is incredible, its firm with very low water content and rendered into a clean tallow that I may not need to purify.
