Important Details
Whole beef shares are dry-aged for 14 days and packaged with generic labels. Final weights and cut amounts vary by animal. We prefer check for the final balance. Credit card payments include a 3.5% service charge. Discount codes apply only to the $500 deposit and do not reduce the remaining beef balance or processing cost.
Steaks are cut 1.25 inches thick unless otherwise requested. Final weights and cut amounts vary by animal.
Vacuum seals can occasionally loosen over time. This does not affect food safety, but those packages should be used sooner to prevent freezer burn. Ice crystals are normal, especially on larger cuts.
