  • Steaks are cut 1" thick unless specified otherwise.
  • Vacuum seals may loosen over time—does not affect meat safety but can lead to freezer burn if left too long.
  • Ice crystal formation is normal, especially on larger cuts.

Super yum!

We have had our meat now for a couple week and have eaten several cuts and some ground. It is some of the best meat we have ever had. I will get my meat from Pumpkin Creek from now on. We did a group buy of 2 whole cows and they were super easy to work with. Jared was very communicative and helpful during the process of coordinating the purchase and pickup. They are fantastic.
