Eating perfectly aged, nutritious sirloins should not be a once-in-a-blue-moon thing in your home. You don't have to be fancy to eat in luxury - not when cooking perfectly aged beef.

The warmth of the room will bring these steaks to the correct pre-cook temp. Cover in salt, sprinkle on some cracked pepper, spread fresh garlic on both sides, and turn up the heat.
