Save $200.00 off of the final price by picking up from the facility in Pierce, Colorado.

Our cows are big; expect over 100 lbs more meat than you are used to getting with animal shares.  Plan at least 18 cubic feet of freezer space (1 cubic foot per 30 lbs.) for an entire animal.

  • Generic labels will be used.
  • All beef will have an 18-month lifespan, not our Gold Standard 30-month.
  • Dry-aging will be 14 days, not our Gold Standard of 21 days.
  • We do not guarantee high-choice or prime on cow shares.
  • Weight and number of cuts are averaged; not exact
  • vacuum seal may fail, but this does not compromise the meat's safety; however, freezer burn may occur if these meat packages are not consumed within the first few months of receipt.
  • Ice crystal formation is normal and should be expected, especially on bigger cuts.
