- All beef will have an 18-month lifespan, not our Gold Standard 30-month.
- Dry-aging will be 14 days, not our Gold Standard of 21 days.
- We do not guarantee high-choice or prime on cow shares.
- Weight and number of cuts are averaged; not exact
- vacuum seal may fail, but this does not compromise the meat's safety; however, freezer burn may occur if these meat packages are not consumed within the first few months of receipt.
- Ice crystal formation is normal and should be expected, especially on bigger cuts.
