There are three ways to get a steak this marbled:  Genetics (use Wagyu animals), use steroids and lots of corn, or you can wait. Wait? Yep! We put an extra year and a half into our animals, letting them roam while eating a delicious blend of grass, seeds, and small grains.  It took three years to grow this steak and 21 days to dry-age it. 

It will take only take you 10 minutes to cook it but the memory you made - blowing the minds of those you prepared it for - will last for years! Pair with veggies, friends, and great conversation.
