Best picanha ever!! My husband is from Brazil, so he knows his meat haha. We love cutting these as picanha steaks! We’ve also skewered them like the Brazilian steakhouses do. You can’t go wrong either way. So much flavor!! The perfect bite is a forkful of the meat with a little bit of the fat cap. It’s amazing! Once we get down to one in our freezer, we have to order another so we don’t run out!
